In Yu-gi-oh 5D’s Duel Transer, there are are more than 4500 of the most up to date card now.  You can play the single player mode or duel anyone in the world via WiFi.  You have 20 character whom you can choose from and play on a honeycomb grid to duel through 13 different stages.  In each game you get 3 exclusive dueling cards.

“Duel Transer may be lacking in presentation, but not in content. The narrative structure gives the duels meaning, the board game adds a little extra gameplay, the difficulty will not inspire hair-pulling right away, and there are thousands of cards. This is a much better Yu-Gi-Oh! game than the recent XBLA release. If you love to duel and want to do so on a console, Duel Transer is the way to do it.”  We give this one 3 stars out of 5 stars.

“Bejeweled is as accessible as gaming gets. With the third numbered version PopCap delivers eight distinct modes, so if you get hooked by the classic gameplay formula there’s a lot more to dig into. There’s something here for every kind of Bejeweled fan, from high intensity timed challenges to more laid back matching options. It’s just a shame the leaderboards aren’t online, which misses out on a lot of potential for competitive longevity. Even so, the gameplay remains addictive. If you’ve only got five or ten minutes to play a video game, there are few better options than Bejeweled 3.” We give it 4 stars out of 5.

Blood Stone is not a bad game: it’s just a painfully average one. There aren’t any majorly broken elements to it, but just because this Stone is relatively polished, doesn’t make it a gem. There really isn’t anything at all remarkable about it, and even though it’s extremely short it still manages to wear out its welcome thanks to its extremely repetitive design. If GoldenEye is indeed the Sean Connery of 007 video games, then Blood Stone is the George Lazenby; not bad, but not good either, and forgettable in almost every way. At just five hours long and lacking in any real innovation or challenge, it won’t leave you feeling shaken nor stirred, just shortchanged.”  We give it 2.5 stars out of 5.

Customize your Rabbid with 30 wacky costumes, from Cowboy to Egyptian to Roman.Team up with up to four friends in more than 20 hilarious new and in-depth mini-games from flying to bouncing. Play in a wide range of the greatest moments in history-battle the Vikings, fly through the Renaissance, or even race King Arthur!

Raving Rabbids: Travel in Time is just another Rabbids mini-game collection, so don’t expect an adventure game like Rabbids Go Home. If you’re a parent looking for something to distract your kids with, a word of caution: these Rabbids are really annoying and spamming the “burp/sing” button will be a major temptation for most young children. Despite the mediocre mini-games, the presentation is so well-executed that your kids might not notice. However, if you’re looking for a game to play with adults, this is not it.”  We give it 4 stars out of 5.

Join Sackboy in a completely new adventure – filled with new abilities, new gameplay rules, innovative tools and a smarter LBP Network, evolving the whole PLAY, CREATE, SHARE experience.

LittleBigPlanet 2 is already a significant expansion over the original with its new level creation tools. Media Molecule has also been busy integrating PlayStation Move controls into a unique cooperative mode that’s intended to be approachable for players of all skill levels. I got a chance to play through three of the levels at a Sony event in New York today and found the experience surprisingly pleasant.” ~Oct 7 IGN  We are looking forward to this game because it is hot hot hot!!!

Follow Rick and his mystical Terror Mask as he unmercifully tears, cuts and beats his way through denizens of unearthly creatures in an epic adventure to rescue his girlfriend from the clutches of deranged occult figure Dr. West. Embodying the unfiltered, primal aggression of its namesake, Splatterhouse combines visceral, adrenaline-soaked combat with horror elements to deliver an original gaming experience that defies the boundaries of the traditional action category with over the-top gore and shocking new gameplay mechanics.

“Let’s be honest: Splatterhouse was always the video game equivalent of an exploitation flick. In an era where games were dominated by perky platformers and colorful beat-em-ups, Splatterhouse was a breath of rotten air, full of gore, secondhand references to horror movie icons, and cheap thrills – sort of like the movies it took inspiration from. But, like so many horror remakes of the last few years, little of the original Splatterhouse’s charm has been left intact, and the half-baked mechanics and graphic content can’t make up the difference. Other games have managed to marry over-the-top violence and sex with sound game design, and Splatterhouse just feels like an imitator.”  We give this one 2 stars out of 5.

nail’d is a game that mixes brutal speed with over the top roller-coaster track-design insanity to deliver an off-road racing experience unlike any other. You’re going to make your powerful ATV or motocross bike do incredible things. Blaze a trail at speeds no other off-road game can match over gaping chasms, through fiery obstacles and high above the ground. In nail’d, you’ll blast down near-vertical surfaces and over yawning chasms that plunge into darkness. The rocky teeth of the unforgiving Andes and the vicious challenge of the Yosemite National Park are but two of the places where you’ll learn the meaning of verticality. The racing challenge found in nail’d will send your adrenaline glands into overdrive. It’s going to hit you hard, but you’ll want more. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

“You can see some fun poking out here and there in Nail’d. The in-air physics work largely as advertised and add some excitement, but the game still feels surprisingly boring most of the time. Without the benefit of exploration for new routes or any meaningful challenge to vehicle handling though, Nail’d gets tedious fast and stays there.” We give it 3 stars out of 5.

To Save the Kingdom, the Greatest Alliance Between Man and Monster is Forged! Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom? is the modern incarnation of inspired partnership gaming, seamlessly integrating problem solving, combat and an engaging story line in a fluid cinematic experience like no other!

Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom tells a sad but clichéd tale with an endearing giant and his friend at the helm of it. This “puzzle platformer” won’t give you too much of a problem as the solutions are simple, but finding every collectible in the world will take quite a bit of effort. It’s not without frustrations, but journeying with the goofy monster is an adventure most people will get a kick out of.’  We give this one 3.5 stars out of 5.

The next installment of the award-winning racing franchise, Gran Turismo 5, is coming exclusively to the PLAYSTATION3 system. Known for its signature beauty and precision, the highly anticipated racer will showcase new jaw-dropping cars, real-life tracks, and diverse racing styles. Gran Turismo promises to deliver exciting advancements to the series in the most comprehensive racing experience ever.

‘Gran Turismo 5 is a 10/10 simulator wrapped up in a 5/10 game – driving is as exhilarating as anything that’s gone before, and slavish obsession with the minutiae of many of its cars ensure it’s an encyclopaedia of automotive delights. Its brilliance on the track, however is matched by its sloppiness off of it, and there’s a lack of polish that would at one time have seemed sacrilegious to the series. Ultimately its driving wins out to ensure that it’s still a great game, but it leaves that nagging doubt; this could have been a masterpiece were it not for the fact that Polyphony was so absorbed with the detail that it took its eye off the ball.’ We give this one 4 stars out of 5.

Disney Epic Mickey is an action-adventure platforming game for the Wii console that sends Mickey Mouse on an epic journey of creativity and discovery. As Mickey, the player is propelled into Wasteland, an alternate world made up of Disney’s forgotten creative efforts, and is given the power to wield paint and paint thinner to dynamically change the world while determining Mickey’s path to becoming an epic hero. Through the use of this unique paint and paint thinner, the key components of animation and Mickey’s tools for impacting his world, players will have the ability to shape how the story unfolds as they discover the concept of “Playstyle Matters” – an innovative style of gameplay created by Disney Interactive Studios’ Junction Point, led by industry luminary Warren Spector, where players creatively tackle different challenges in the world to explore all the possibilities and storylines – but with consequences for their chosen actions.

‘Can a stellar story, fantastic characters, incredible cutscenes, and a solid core gameplay mechanic overcome numerous, fundamental problems with controls, the camera, and even continuity? In the end Warren Spector’s team has created a mightily impressive foundation. They’ve managed to get the toughest stuff right – it seemed almost impossible to make Mickey Mouse matter once again. They’ve even managed to take a nearly dormant character in Oswald and introduce him in a spectacular way, making him one of the most memorable video game characters of the year. And yet the “easier” stuff – finding a camera system that works, finding a control scheme that’s suitable – is flawed to the point where the larger experience becomes damaged. If story and character matter more to you than technical details, or if you and your family are Disney fans, many of these problems won’t matter. Ultimately, the positive elements of Epic Mickey do manage to make this worth a shot. Going in with the proper level of expectation should manage to keep some of the WiiMote throwing to a minimum… just keep that wrist strap tight.’  We give it 4 stars out of 5.
